In a move aimed at advancing the digitalization strategy of Rheinmetall’s Sensors and Actuators division, the company has acquired a stake in Incooling, marking a pivotal step in enhancing Rheinmetall’s expertise across key technology domains, including automation, sensors, alternative mobility, and artificial intelligence (AI), according to a press release published on EuropaWire.

Amidst the growing significance of virtual services, the challenge to reduce CO2 footprints in computer centers while optimizing energy consumption has become paramount. Incooling’s innovative two-phase cooled servers offer a solution by delivering exceptional performance with significantly lower power consumption. Leveraging phase change cooling technology and AI-based control systems, Incooling servers elevate processing speeds, making them ideal for advanced applications such as AI, high-performance computing, R&D simulations, and high-frequency transactions.
