The BullSequana AI 600 product family offers a comprehensive suite of AI systems, catering to enterprises and research institutions alike. Available in both air-cooled (AI600) and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) versions (AI600H), these servers are engineered to maximize energy efficiency and performance. Eviden’s AI architecture, coupled with DLC technology, enables up to 80% heat retention, resulting in substantial cost savings for businesses and facilitating seamless scalability within data centers.
Powered by AMD Instinct MI300X accelerators and the ROCm™ software suite, each BullSequana AI 600 unit is equipped with two 4th Gen AMD EPYC™ processors and 8 AMD Instinct MI300X accelerators interconnected via an Infinity Fabric™ network. This robust configuration ensures unparalleled computational power, with each MI300X GPU offering 304 compute cores, 5.22 PFLOPS of theoretical peak performance (FP8), and 192 GB of HBM3 memory with 5.3 TB/s peak bandwidth.
