HELSINKI — AMD Silo AI and Combient, a prominent cross-industry collaboration network, are expanding their partnership to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to companies across the Nordics. The collaboration will offer a phased and scalable high-performance computing (HPC) environment, supported by AMD’s advanced GPU technology, to drive the adoption of enterprise AI applications.

Under the terms of the agreement, AMD Silo AI will be responsible for providing and managing the full technical infrastructure, including software stack implementation. This will allow Combient’s network of companies to leverage AMD’s compute platforms for training and deploying AI models, advancing their digital transformation efforts.

This extension of the partnership strengthens a shared commitment to fostering AI innovation within the Combient network. By uniting 38 of the largest Nordic companies, including household names such as Atlas Copco Group, Ericsson, Electrolux, H&M Group, Husqvarna Group, KONE, SAAB, and Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), Combient aims to promote business success through collaboration and mutual growth.

Building on their previous achievements in AI development and deployment, the expanded partnership represents a major step toward improving the accessibility and efficiency of enterprise AI for Nordic companies. This collaboration further supports the vision of establishing a global AI R&D hub in the Nordic region.
