The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. With this acquisition, Accenture aims to harness the expertise of OPENSTREAM HOLDINGS and its subsidiaries, Open Stream and Neutral, to bolster its cloud and digital engineering and manufacturing teams. This infusion of talent, comprising approximately 1,000 cloud and digital experts, will enable Accenture to further support clients in system and application modernization, while facilitating their adoption of cloud, data, AI, and IoT technologies, according to a press release published on EuropaWire.
Open Stream, with its team of 600 professionals, specializes in consulting, systems integration, and cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, AI, and IoT, particularly in the logistics and retail sectors. The firm’s robust portfolio includes low-code development platforms utilized by over 2,800 companies, along with solutions for smart factories. On the other hand, Neutral, housing 400 professionals, excels in system integration within automotive and manufacturing industries. The firm boasts a rich history of delivering manufacturing management solutions and AI-powered forecasting tools.
